Swans

My mom is just so nice and soft and feathery that we just can't help cuddling her.

Social media has gone crazy with images of swans and dolphins that have reportedly "returned" to the canals of Venice. What with severely limited human activity the air and water have started to become cleaner that usual. Wild animal activity has begun to change in some areas. Sadly these swans and dolphins are not part of this change. This pictures are not even from Venice.

Whether it be for relocation, or simply for seasonal staycations, it's not only northern homo sapiens heading to warmer southern climes during the winter months. It's also our birds. Did you know our Arctic birds are flocking together in coastal migrations from the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to the ACE Basin?

Chances are that you have never seen a swan in flight, or, if you did, you didn't know that you were looking at a swan. You probably thought it was a goose.
