Litter.  Whoever thought up the name 'litter' to describe products that domestic cats are supposed to do their business in, was sure smart.  Because litter is just what it is when it gets out of the box on your cat's feet and body and trails with him all over the floor spreading bacteria.

ModKat, "Where Modern Cats Do Their Business" (No, not there kitty!): image via facebook.com/modkoModKat, "Where Modern Cats Do Their Business" (No, not there kitty!): image via facebook.com/modko ModKo, a New York design company, has created the perfect way to keep litter in the box that keeps your cat's 'business.'  It's called the ModKat, and it's a top entry entrance and exit for kitty, that lets her leave the business and the litter in the box, where it belongs.

Customers have said that it has reduced about 90 percent of the litter trail that their cats were leaving before they used the ModKat.

Perfect for apartment dwellers or as bathroom litter boxes,  the stylish ModKat is also compact, measuring 15" tall, 16" deep, and 16" wide. It is  made of sturdy ABS plastic to insure longevity.  Inside is a reusable tarpaulin rip-resistant litter bag that can be easily removed and cleaned.  And then a nice large litter scoop with a side-brush for dust hangs conveniently outside the box for 'business' removal.
