The Sleeping Cat Hat looks like a cute li'l kitten is peacefully snoozing on top of your head, making it the perfect gift for a cat owner whose pet is always on their mind.
Trying to move on from The Cat in the Hat? Now you can, 'cuz this cat IS the hat! The 100% wool felt fedora marks a bold move for designer Kent Hat as most of their other designs bear disturbingly close resemblances to french bread baguettes, crullers and even a baked potato... not that there's anything wrong with that.
Wool is renowned for its warmth and no doubt wearing this wool felt hat will help you keep warm yet look cool this winter. Wearing an actual cat on one's head, on the other hand, would probably keep your head warmer but at the cost of seriously reduced coolness. Also, kittehs grip onto moving objects with sharp claws... just sayin'.
The Sleeping Cat Hat appears to only come in one size and one color – a dark charcoal gray. Purchasers do have the option of wearing it front-to-back or back-to-front, however, as there doesn't seem to be a dedicated front or back.
That's the way they make it and that's the way you're gonna like it. Indeed, a tax-included 20,350 yen (about $184.75 at current exchange rates) doesn't go as far as it used to.
