Here is a lesson to all of us humans: Just because you lose the use of
your legs does not mean that you can't have fun. Check out these little
canines. Tell me they're not having fun; I dare ya.
For being on wheels, those little doggies are fast! I did worry for a moment when the really small dog got stuck on the side of the road--I though he was gonna tip over... But he didn't!
