Today is National Read Across America Day -- a day held on Dr. Seuss's birthday. So this also makes it Dr. Seuss Day. One of his most beloved characters is that of Max, the optimistic, loving, steadfast dog that belongs to the Grinch.
He is one of the most loyal dogs in the realms of children's literature. May he ever be rewarded with a nice plate of roast beast.
