This American Eagle, one of a mating pair, was recently photographed not far from my home. He and his mate were busily building a nest in anticipation of the coming spring.
A great deal of conservation work has been done along the Front Range of Colorado to support the raptor population here. This amazing photo was taken by my friend, Woody Green.
