A boy, a girl, a dog and a kitten – just another typical all-American family who watch out for each another 'cuz that's what friends are for. Such was the case in a small Iowa town where Chase Stout, Kenzie Jones, Huey and Mr Wilson lived happily ever after... until one day when Kenzie had to go out of town for a few days.
Worried her other half might forget to feed their newly adopted kitten, Jones put on her Serious Face and reminded her BF not to forget to feed Mr Wilson while she was away. Turns out her worries were groundless: not only did Stout feed Mr Wilson, he prepared a miniature Breakfast of Cat-Champions and tweeted the result to Jones.
Too early for flapjacks? Not at the Stout-Joneses! “I made them just like I did mine, just with smaller dips of batter,” Stout related to BuzzFeed News after his tweet went viral, racking up nearly 50,000 retweets at press time. “Obviously I had a stack of three so my man Wilson had to have a stack of three as well.”
We're not sure if every day is Tiny Pancake Tuesday for Mr Wilson but at least Kenzie Jones has had her worries allayed... and Mr Wilson might be a tad larger by the time she returns from her trip. As for Stout, he's learned you don't have to be Uncle Buck (or Uncle Bill) to make your house a Pancake House.
