If you love cats, you GOTTA love Fat Freddy's Cat! Technically the pet of Freddy Freekowtski (one of the three Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers), this scruffy, street-smart and sarcastic orange kitty often outsmarted his supposed “owner” to get what he wanted, when he wanted it.

Fat Freddy's Cat made his first comic-book appearance in 1969 and proved so popular, his various wild and humorous adventures were eventually compiled in a series of stand-alone comic compilations. Creator and artist Gilbert Shelton's hippie-centric humor has withstood the test of time, helped by the fact that cats will be cats no matter their situation.

Now at long last, Fat Freddy's Cat is getting the recognition he deserves. Depicted frozen in full gallop mode inspired by countless depictions by Shelton, the mischievous feline rises over a base resembling the worn pavement of his inner-city neighborhood. The figurine is sculpted from cold-cast porcelain glazed in rich, bold colors.

Ya gotta love it... but ya can't have it! Only 2,222 Fat Freddy's Cat figurines were cast and several selling sites such as Entertainment Earth and Attakus have marked it SOLD OUT. Watch for it to pop up on online auction sites for years to come.
